House Project
It’s been a dream of mine to host a show at the house for about a year. From inception, I had a vision: summer drinks in the garden sunshine surrounded by art and people and colour. This is in essence what I wanted to bring to life and after a month of grinding my teeth to dust, countless trips to Bunnings and overcoming the fear of being cringe on social media - we did it.
First, I need to talk about the people behind the scenes. Without this rag-tag team this exhibition would be dead in the water.
Natasha Bengura - if i was (questionably) the brains behind the operation, Tash was the whole damn skeleton. This full time cheerleader held the pieces together, she brainstormed with me, cleaned into the night with me and when my faith in the show wavered she knew exactly what to say.
